Architect/Design Intern

We are seeking an Architect/Design Intern with 1-3 years of residential design, commercial design and construction experience.  Candidates should be team oriented, have excellent interpersonal skills, the ability to work on several projects at the same time, and be based in Lagos. Project experience with a strong emphasis in modern design is preferred.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Working on design concepts, to assisting with construction administration

  • Executing drawings from schematic phase through construction documentation.

  • Coordination of consultant drawings with architectural drawings

Qualifications

  • BA in Architecture

  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, Vector-works and Adobe products.

  • Expert verbal and written communication skills

  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision and work well within a team.

  • Basic knowledge of building and zoning codes.
